Established in the fall of 2007, The Red Crane is a collaboration of Asian Cuisines. We take classic Asian dishes and put a modern spin on it. Our innovative daily specials display our ever evolving passion for great food and good times.

Sushi Artistry is not a term used very often when describing sushi. We use it as a means to represent the creativity within the art of sushi. We offer a new and exciting way to experience sushi while still embracing the traditional flavors you have grown to love.
